Established its first lighter factory in 1989. Now the factory’s registered capital is USD9,700,000, owns over 250 workers and occupies 120,000 square meters of lighter production base, specializes in lighter manufacture for over 30 years.
Using advanced machines and equipments, many of which are imported from abroad. Experienced experts in this field from Korea, Spain take charge of technology and management.
Most production processes changed from handwork into automatic, which reduced labor cost, increased production capacity, stabilized quality of products. The max production capacity reaches 300 million pieces of lighters per year.
Most products conform with ISO 9994 standard, ASTM F400, Japan SG, Canada SOR-231. All of the products were exported fulfilled countries standards. The factory is ISO 9001 certified.
